We sell items on consignment and take in items every Wednesday at alternating locations (see our calendar for updates). Items are sold based on the individual lot (grouping) that you chose—although we reserve the right to make changes based on experience and industry knowledge.

Price Realized Per Item/Lot Commission Rate:
- No Sale Item or a bid of $5 or less, a $5 listing fee to seller
- $6-$10 50%
- $11-$250 30%
- $251-$1000 20%
- $1001-$5000 10%
- $5001 & Above 5%

The Wednesday after the sale Checks are Cut -Consignment Reports are emailed after checks are cut
Note
- Please do NOT bring items that need to go to the dumpster or are better suited for donation to your local charity
- All electronics must be in working order (please don't bring anything that you wouldn't want to buy)
- Clothing must be in new or like new condition
- No sleeper sofas or stained mattresses
- Rugs must be cleaned
- Vacuums must be empty
- The 1st two lot commission rates are to help with deciding what not to bring, although we have no way of knowing what will sell or for how much please scrutinize what you bring
- We reserve the right to dispose of unsold items
